Hi IanWe have had very few of these break - in fact I cannot remember when the last one broke, maybe the staff have dealt with one, but I have not been informed. It could be that your sanded gooseneck is too loose which is causing leverage issues?

Even more shocking is I can see a crack in my new swivel neck - got to be worth a couple of hats?
