Gardiner pole add on,s
« on: April 03, 2015, 11:38:12 am »
Can you fit a squeegee to a Gardiner pole, i have a contract it has about 300 feet long by 30 feet height glass, outside no prob, inside old converted ionics poles with squeegees on the end, they are heavy as hell. If we could use our clx,s it would be much easier, they need to be changed back to wfp after. Thanks Richard.

As HMan's video shows the Quick-LoQ taper adapter works well for using our poles as Trad poles.

Our Australian distributor uses our poles with a taper adapter as a trad pole for low level work as shown in this video - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_GCU-FAN4CY&sns=em

Even pulling straight lines at that height is tricky though. I used a Vikan easy shine mop and microfibre on the end of my SLX in the end after failing with the squeegee.

That's correct - he is using a new gooseneck that we have made for the Australian market - he markets it as the 'Gardiner Erkenomic Taper tip' - http://www.windowcleaningworld.com/shop/index.php?route=product/product&path=45&product_id=800 and also

Hi Alex,

Do you sell gutter clearing attachments to use with the quick loq taper tip?

I currently just push an applicator on the end and drag it though on hard to reach gutters.

Cheers
