Yes i can but as we are not paying for advertising at the moment it would not be fair to promote our products, we will resume advertising again over the next few weeks.

No I have been forced into this method because of constant criticism of my tried and tested methods.  So it is easier to reply to members direct.  Just tell the guy how to do it and then say what you use to do it explaining your methods and how it works.  Nobody will accuse you of selling your products you are helping a forum member. ;D

Kevin, you know and i know your statement about being criticized is aimed at me,  a newbie comes on here asking for a solution on how to deep clean an altro safety floor as usual you recommend aqua mix heavy duty tile and grout cleaner one of the most aggressive floor cleaners out there which is laced with sodium hydroxide very corrosive indeed and will cause chemical burning to that surface, i remember many years ago when i was a newbie i was given the same advice by suppliers which i took on faith as in those days there were no safer alternatives available, with todays advancements in cleaning technologies there is no need to use harsh high alkaline chemicals based on sodium metasilicate or sodium hydroxide which cause detrimental damage to surfaces. I am happy to share my experiences of using these harsh and aggressive chemicals over the years and point out how damaging they are, if some guys are glad to take this advice onboard happy days, i have noticed that you are no longer promoting aqua mix heavy duty tile and grout cleaner so hopefully Kevin you are one of the guys who have taken my advice onboard.

You are paranoid sunshine!!  By your own admission you have zero experience of restoring natural stone.  No I have not taken your advice on HDT&G Cleaner and neither will I.  Ultimately you are wrong regarding natural stone but  am I going to get into that with you either because your experience is limited to cleaning not restoration and sealing of natural stone.  When you are able to restore Natural Stone then I may enter into dialogue with you but until then I will not.  Finally FYI Aqua Mix is no longer available in Europe so that is the reason it is not promoted.

I will e mail the guy and tell him how to get the olive oil out of block paving which by the way does not involve High Alkaline in any way!

Kevin, if you were knowledgeable about cleaning floors you should not be recommending products that contain sodium hydroxide for cleaning safety floors as they will chemically burn that surface, can you stand over recommending such a corrosive product for cleaning those type floors, i wonder why Aqua mix heavy duty tile and grout cleaner is no longer available in Europe.

Is it a slice of ciabatta used as a poultice?

Good Idea as long as we grind it back to flour first ;D ;D ;D

Or simply use Miracle A& B Liquid Poultice

[/quote] Kevin,  you know i have admitted to using high alkaline based products for many years and caused much damage to surfaces especially ones containing sodium hydroxide, so i am sure you can understand why i try to warn guys not to use it on the likes of Altro safety flooring, so now there is my rant over. let me know when you need tickets to a good hurling match and i will organize them and even go with you.

No Kevin, didn't have a drop just thought you would Man up and admit that you should not use a product containing sodium hydroxide when deep cleaning altro safety flooring.
