What is the best method and product to clean and seal limestone tiles, located in a kitchen area.

Go on a course and find out how to do it.
Lots to go wrong with a stone floor and not sure you're insurance company would be too impressed if it comes to a claim and the only 'training' you've had are some replies on a forum
