Vinyl floors drying white
« on: March 13, 2015, 08:56:21 am »
Hello Everyone.

When carrying out builders cleans we regularly find that vinyl floors especially dry white/cloudy after being cleaning.  We have tried mopping, scrubbing, wet vacuuming yet still floors are not coming up as they should.

Does anybody have any advice on the best method to get the floors looking as they should.  This is brand new vinyl in a new building.

Thanks

You need to go over them a few times, it accumulated dust and dirt from the build.

Thanks Bailey, we have gone over the floor 3 times now and it doesn't seem to be shifting at all.

We do shops after builders and this is common, always get them up, scrub with neutral cleaner then plenty of rinsing.

What are the contaminants and what are you cleaning them with specifically?
