You've got to be thick skinned to be a supplier in this industry.  ;D

Chumbucket, I am very PRO Gardiners, but credit where it is due, this brush has performed better than superlite's and sill brushes from gardiners on the first cleans I have been doing. On cold water  maintenance cleans its sill brushes all the way for us but I was finding the gardiners range although lighter where not lasting very long on first cleans. January and feb I have been first cleaning every day and the phoenix has stood up very well to the abuse.

That doesn't excuse Window Cleaning Warehouse / Facelift's mendacious attempt to blatantly rip off another manufacturers product then publically claim otherwise- Foxy isn't fooling anyone. Just remember, if it wasn't for Gardiners, this industry's products would still be years behind.

If we seen more reviews of other products on websites such as WCW then the market would benefit even more. I don't want to waste £30.00 on a brush that doesn't suit my work or doesn't last long.

Competition has to be good for the consumer, perhaps prices could drop as we all know the brushes dont even cost £5. So its a massive markup. Even at 250% markup the brushes would only be £17.50. Prices need to drop as we all have the internet and we all know how much we are being ripped off.  Rant over, off to work:-)

 :)

I really wish that our brushes were this cheap to make. We have our brushes made here in the UK by a world class brush manufacturer and each one costs us a lot more than the price you have quoted above. This is without the high tooling costs for stocks and development.

Admittedly some of the brushes on the market are made in bulk in China and these ones may well cost as little as the price you have mentioned.

Brushes do cost a lot more than a £5, especially with adding components- tooling, tubing, jets, sockets etc along with stock can run into 10's of thousands. I think the pricing may well get cheaper later on in the year with developments in brush styles.

I get bored and have a magic bucket of brushes recently I grabbed out my bucket a white and blue superlight for another play around with, beside the weight its effortless to clean good scrubbing power, im just use to weight of extreme brushes but this superlight would be a good idea and better if made into extreme weight, hint hint, there is a other simular to blue and white but my mrs uses it and wont give it back so I can play but for superlight range it will be  a good brush,  it wouldn't hurt to trim 5mm off bristles (hint) the white bristles thats what ive done to it recently,

a brush is one of the most important tools we have ,

I think the price of a brush is not the most important factor. Lets face it if a brush lasted you a week you should still have made some decent profit from it.

How well brush cleans is more important than price, pride before profit,

customise brushes, mmm I stick to my magic bucket there has to be close to 30 brushes from prototypes to modified originals,

They are looking good    :)

I am talking to the factory tomorrow to finalize the delivery date. The standard width Supremes will be the first to be released, hopefully very soon, as I was originally hoping to have them on the shelf by now.
