moreman pre dog eared channels

I am told that someone has a deal with moreman to make and sell channels that are already dog eared.
  Does anyone know when they are coming out and what the details are?

They were supposed to be ready now, but think there's been a delay.

Search "Polz n bladz" on youtube, he's the guy who has been designing it with moerman.

He is going to be at mark munros window cleaning show in May, and it will be ready for then so I've heard.
