What's your usp for domestic window cleaning?
« on: February 08, 2015, 10:46:07 am »
What's make you stand out from the rest?

Is it your level of service?

Framework cleaned every time?

Etc etc

Frames ledges and doors cleaned every time. The doors bit is the main one. I'd say I'm one of very few cleaners in my area that does that to be honest.

My motto "I don't put up with any messing around" seems to work.
It's a game of three halves!

Tried that first but got ran out of town for being a cowboy, so made a dramatic re-entry in Lycra as "Tripod".

We clean EVERY window. (don't skip frosted glass)
We are quite happy if you say leave it this time. (we don't slag them off and go off in a huff never to be seen again)
We don't mind if your gates locked, in fact we actively encourage customers to leave them locked.
We don't try to clean 30 house a day with wfp, we actually find it takes longer with the pole.
