New T/M - Extra Bits?
« on: April 23, 2006, 11:03:47 am »
Hi,
my T/M is due in stock sometime in the next couple of weeks ( woodbridge pro mount 20   :)) and so I am just wondering what "extras" are considered to be essential or at least very useful when using this sort of equipment?

Its coming with a 400 litre sub mount tank, hose reel, twin jet wand, 100ft pipe and a water diverter to put the dumped fresh water back into the supply tank.

How much extra vac/water pipe will I need?
Glides ?
In line vac pipe filter thingy?
Hose ramp or just signs / cones ?
Hose hangers ?

I am thinking more perhaps of some of the "not so obvious extras", that you have found make life so much easier when using your T/M, (like a valve on the end of the solution line to cut off water pressure, making it easy changing tools over).

Thanks

Chris

PS I see on the news that fuel prices are predicted to rocket this summer and a nationwide water shortage is likely !   :o

Good time to get a T/M then !   ;D

hi chris i too have ordered this machine and some of the extras i ordered are the sub mounted water tank to save space extra 50ft hose an in van heater to save any freezing in the winter. also a water filter system as i am in a very hard water area .when i take the van in for fitting i will then decide what other extras i feel essential such as ramps  caution signs and any other thing useful for the fine tuning . but will look at replies with interest to get some ideas of what experienced t/ms feel essential
