George on Tablet
« on: February 04, 2015, 07:33:08 am »
Is it possible to run George on a laptop and tablet?
Or is it only one or the other?

Yes I've bought a HP tablet with windows 8.1.
I can't seem to get the restore point to sync with the George program on this new tablet though and im too fick to work out if im doing something wrong or if it won't run as it's also still on the laptop?

I think I know what you mean
I backup to a stick on my laptop and then transfer to tablet
When I  try to double click  on the backup to update george on the tablet
It does not work. Click on the backup and manually drag over to the restore icon on the desktop , seems to work then.

Works great on a Linx 8 inch tablet. Windows 8.1 for around £70

I've got the HP Stream 7 tablet (windows 8.1) but can't get my current George program on laptop to work on it.  :'(

Thanks for replies.  :)
I've managed to get it from laptop to tablet via Microsoft Onedrive so will just take it off laptop and just use the tablet which will be more convenient than printing work sheets.
