just as I said above, in around 2 months time he said, may earlier, think he is from Limerick but I will not be suprise if this will be in Dublin.
This is small country, you will get to limerick in 2.5 hrs.

Chem2clean with the tools you have and 1 days training you could clean tile and grout like a pro. If you are to venture into stone you will need training. I have been to the UK a few times  for training. If Eddie was offering training I would be on that like a flash. He is by all accounts a floor care genius

From my own experience he is very helpful and is passionate. Once you get hardfloor work going carpets will become secondary to you. What wand do you have chem2clean

chem2clean, will you be taking your spinner on the training day? Would like to see it if not a problem.

I would recommend Eddie Lane's up and coming training course to anyone interested in getting into natural stone restoration. He is an absolute gentleman and has helped me out no end over the last couple of yrs.

And yes @ Kevin, it is long overdue that someone has started running training courses here in Ireland.
I think the only other one running such courses is Terry Guildford's Wooden Floor course in Galway.
We just don't have the same market size and therefore not as big an industry as it is in the U.K
Maybe an opening for someone to think about Carpet Cleaning Courses and the likes ....Tadgh ?

Peter

I agree with you but, I think the market in Ireland is a lot bigger than you think!  I have had at least 30 - 35 people from Ireland on my courses over here and even Eddie has been to see me for a couple of days!  We have dozens of trade customers in Ireland and have sold a lot of Klindex Equipment over there.  In fact on our last course last week there were a couple of guys from Ireland.  When you think about it they found it cheaper, easier and quicker to get here than a guy from Sussex!  However, I am sure a Training Course in Ireland would suit lots of people better!!!!

Hi Peter, yes its great news indeed that Eddie is going to start training courses for guys in Ireland and the UK as he has some great new products which have been designed by Eddie himself, the first training course is full so these guys are in for a treat and will be shown some great never before seen products from the UK and Irelands foremost expert on hard floor restoration

What have you based the above statement on I have highlighted in bold then???

Because that is certainly not true by a country mile and before you say anything else I am not claiming it is me either!!!  I can think of at least 3 people who are far more knowledegable and I am basing that statement on spending two full days with Eddie Lane here in my premises and knowing the others!!!
