I turned up at a job once only to be sent away by the husband - he said they wanted to skip the clean. I carried on at the one next door which usually paid for them if they were out so i told her that he skipped the clean. A few days past and i received a call from the husbands wife.. she told me he had no right to cancel the clean and further offered me without any hesitation or response from me the reason for this...she told me she had found indecent pics on his computer of children and had reported him to the police but was still allowing him to live there   i told her as soon as she gave me the chance to say thank you for telling me I'm afraid you will need to find another WC. i still clean the neighbours and he's still there some 5 years on..makes me sick every time i see him. times like that i wish i had no responsibilities in life as otherwise i would take great pleasure in caving his dirty peado head in.

to date in over 15 years of WC'ing its the most strangest phone calls I've ever had with a customer.

That took courage to tell you that and she is probably just as disgusted with him as you are and you threw it back at her. Well done for encouraging her to deal with her life situation.

Horrible twisted sick excuse of a man. that goes for any type peodo. I too wouldnt return to clean a house where you know a nonce lives as you will want to break his legs whenever you set eyes on the scum.

I agree the wife was very courageous in confiding this. She must be in an extremely difficult position. If she were my customer, I would have kept her if she was sound, and ignored her husband if I saw him.

I had a customer whose son was sent away last year for raping a schoolboy in the toilets of the town park where I live. I no longer clean their windows, but not because of him; other members of that household are unsavoury too, and I was once threatened over the phone with violence when they complained that I hadn't cleaned the windows when I had.

I thought that, she's being shunned and shamed for her husbands actions. If she'd kept quiet you'd still be cleaning them and the authories would be none the wiser.
