i have a Merlin RO unit going spare if you are interested. I was going to put it on eBay this weekend once i have taken photos but its yours for £70 if you want it. Not sure on postage price but id imagine it will be about £10. Let me know if you are interested.

The unit has been discontinued, but still works perfectly well. I have found a website with it's spec. it produces 720gpd
http://www.waterfilters.net/ge-merlin-tankless-reverse-osmosis-system.html
it was used in Leeds to produce water to fill my 400l tank daily but now I live in a more rural area where the water comes out of the tap at just 30ppm! So I only use a DI vessel. The unit is in great condition, but the filters may need replacing before too long altho they still reduced the water down to 20ppm before I moved

A small unit from somewhere like Pure freedom would suit you.
Unless your water pressure is very good the Merlin will not produce very good water
On my mains pressure of 45psi it produced at 66ppm and I went thru resin like it was going out of fashion. It would give you flexibility as it produces loads of water enough for two or three vans if as I said your pressure is good.

Pure Freedom, RO Man etc as already mentioned.
I will say though (and this is no way is aimed at any of the above) that be careful when looking at 2nds on eBay, as the main bulk of the cost of a working RO unit is the membrane(s), which have a lifetime.
A 450GPD system may look good on ebay for under £100, but if it needs new membranes, that could be an extra £100 on top...
