Just. Purchased vyair pump 12 lpm got in wired via controller but pressure Switch keeps cutting on and off, set calibration up to 99 still not working properly if I bypass microbore it works fine put my old sureflow pump back on and averything works fine is there adjustment on the pressure switch on the vyair pump or can I bypass the pressure switch and rely on the one in the controller any help would be appreciated.

I have a 7lt Vyair pump and it's cal is 30 or there about's, It sounds like you got it set to high, we run two man between 60-70 on controller. It's dead ending as you have to much pressure

Its hooked up to the 6 mm I/d hose microbore ill try it on the 8mm minibore tomorrow hopefully that will work. What size hose are you using.

Micro and before that mini 8mm.

I'd try running the pump low and gradually work upwards to a point where your happy after recalibrating it.

Remember the 12 lit vyair pump is  120psi pump so will dead end through thin hose. No just the hose but the pole hose and jets. I use the 10 liter and have not probs as its a 100 psi pump.

What controller are you using?
If it's Varistream then they recommend disconnecting the pressure switch anyway.

Spoke to vyair they said the 12L is to powerfull he recommends the 7L. So sent it back replacement in the post.
