If it's glass a scraper with brand new blade will do it. If it's on the fascia above the ladder (plastic?) try furniture polish & a cloth. Try to get the proper Mr. Sheen/Mr. Muscle polish in aerosol form.

This stuff

I do lots of builder's cleans, this stuff works wonders. I get it in a local cleaning supply store for much cheaper though.

Bare in mind adhesives react to heat and cold. tickers can be warmed up with small heat gun or blow torch, carefully. The stickers should then be able to peel off leaving little if any adhesive behind.
You can buy freezing sprays. Spray on the glue to freeze then carefully use scraper with new blade. You will feel the blade hit the edge of the glue and keep a very shallow angle on the blade. May sound mad but I`ve done it this way before on pvc frames when nothing else I had worked.
Worked with adhesives most of my life shoe repair and making.
