Vision 4th week
« on: January 21, 2015, 12:18:54 pm »
I'm stuck at home so thought I'd give an update.  (as if you need one!)

Using Vision for 4th week.  I will persevere and keep using it for a while because when I changed to wfp it took a while to master.

My findings so far:
Brush does glide a little easier.
Bubbles annoy me, they move down the window slower than running water so if they hold dirt, and often they do, it slows to a stop on the window requiring further rinsing than usual making me slower not quicker.
It does appear to be cleaning sills a little better than just pure water, but I'm not sure if it's just me hoping it does.
It does not leave the glass with a better shine than pure water, in my opinion so far.
It does not remove snail trails any quicker.
It does not remove bird muck easier or quicker.
It does not change beading glass to sheeting glass.

I'm not trying to rubbish the product, I will continue to use it a while longer.  But I'm not easily swept along by heresay or miracle cures from travelling medicine men.  Just telling it how it is.

No problem . Shame it hasn't worked for you as much as I would of liked .
Never mind .
I've been using it 12 months and would never entertain just pure water .
Maybe you may change your mind .

But , a good honest review .

We're improving the Mix all the time .
Now we know the positives and negatives from the many users that are using VISION , we will tweak the mix a little .

What a load of twoddle. Your windows must have been bad before Vision then. How you can say its because of Vision, I don't know.
Not slagging product off, just you :)
I agree with review other than about shine. Do a comparison an you will see

They do? You've inspected these bubbles?

I was considering doing the same thing - now Sean has offered I can stop and not be the basket-case I would otherwise have been.

Thanks Sean.

I actually agree with the main review on this thread. I have been using it for a couple of weeks now.. Definitely a better glide but the bubbles are very irritating.. I use one pump to 300 ptrs pure now due to the bubbles and at that dilution I am not sure its worth it but will keep trying.
I have noticed that it smells very similar to Viro sol??? Or is that just me??

Am not looking forward to tomorrow, plunger broke on my vision bottle, so unscrewed the top and tried to pour a little into my tank, it came out quicker than expected so have overdosed by quite a bit :(

Check your TDS and aslong as your reading has raised no more than 005 you should be ok. We found that below 005 is fine but any higher and you may have spotting issues.

Drop me an email and I will have another dispenser sent out to you.

My TDS is sitting at 006, going to change my resin at the weekend.
It's Ok Jonny, I bought three bottles so will just use the dispenser from 1 of the unused bottles ;)
