Electricity is calculated in kilowatt hours so find out from your electricity bill what your charge is per kWh and you can work out the cost .

so using two for 10 hours a night would use 10kwh so at 14pence per kWh that would be £1.40 per night .

Lol Robert I understand kilowatt hours, but I'd like to know if they cut out on thermostat regularly and save energy, or if they run constant, so wanted to see how effective they are at maintaing a temp before cutting Back in. If they work full power for the whole night, that'll add up considerably!

They do lower wattage ones, so you can leave on constant. A small amount of heat would stop freezing. By the time you do it, spring will be here :)

If you run one of those things for 10 hours continuously without the thermostat cutting in you'd spend about 60p. What you worried about?
