Wayne I have experienced the same problem today and have a TDS of 000, I cleaned my property last thing yesterdayand in full sun this morning the windows where covered in fine spotting. The strange thing is when I cleaned them the stormy weather had eased off and there was only a slight breeze, cantwork it out at all.Cant blame the sun as they where cleaned in cloudy conditions.
Why do guys put any sort of spotting down to TDS, Wayne you said it was bad spotting so that's your first clueyou wont get bad spotting with a TDS of 10ppm full stop. Its either something you have done like not put enough water on the glass to remove all the dirt or its weather related.I would say its weather related as the air will be full of crap with all the storms lately and landing on the wet glass.

I think it takes a day or two atleast after stormy conditions for things to settle down.
