I use it. It's excellent, stop thinking about it and just do it. It's like 3p a text or summat. What's to ponder?

I don't do it to landlines because if I get a call from recorded robot woman on mine I hang up.

i sort of have 50/50 split of mobile to landlines on records so i could really do with spending time to get the mobile numbers off customers first, its not the cost of the service that bothers me if it makes my life easier and less stressful then thats fine.

It definitely does.

I have a slip (that cleaner planner generates) asking for customer mobile numbers and email addresses. Works pretty well.

I love the test local feature. On a weekend I set it up for everyone that week to be texted the night before, then I don't worry about it.

But if you do find that you won't make a clean, it's easy cancel the text.

I also send the text to landlands, it's just a recorded message.

Hi Richy - yes, you need to text each worksheet separately but you can do this in advance. E.g. if it's Monday and you have worksheet set up for Wednesday you can click "Send SMS Reminders" on the Wednesday worksheet and tell CP to send out the texts at 7pm on Tuesday evening. Hope that makes sense, let me know if you have any further questions on this.
