Doing a lot more gutters these days .. job today 4 bed detached with conny .. gutters on all 4 sides, the conny and around ground floor bay window ... tricky (but doable)  job access wise from ladders but would have been no prob with a vac. had to get side gutters from neighbouring houses due to narrow walkways



From above description how long for all you gutter vac users ?

Maybe under an hour inc set up time ?

Depending on the amount of crud in there I'd say 1-11/2hrs, 2max.
For me any road

For a gutter vac to be quick it might sound stupid but you need good access for the tools that actually go into the gutter and do the vaccin so to speak,if the tool goes in with good amount of room it's mega quick after the first clean almost embarrassingly quick in some cases.

Update to op.
Did gutter clear yesterday, biggish property including conservatory. Not much in most of the gutters, took 35 minutes from set-up to packing away!!
  happy days.

Ps. They had there own plug socket on an exterior wall which I used, so that saved me a little time faffing with the generator.

how do you get on with dragging the vac around gardens etc, do the wheels dig in to the grass and get covered in mud?

I've got about 6-7m of hose so don't need to move it around to much. If on paths etc, no problem. Grass, if smooth and flat OK. Otherwise I handball it to next area. Only a hassle if it's full and then I'd empty it.

If I was going to buy one would want to get a jenny and a camera with display so prob looking circa £2000 ??

TBH not got £2000 at this moment so think will carry on with ladders but will push them hard this year and put a % from each job into a gutter vac fund ... unless I land a big job for circa £2000 then get wife's credit card and job will pay for the vac

I got a Gopro, Grippamax poles, Nilfisk and hose and gulpers from Grippa too.
Cost me £800 tops, no more.

No need for a camera either I have a mirror attached to the vac pole just use it to look into the gutter.

Nick the guy no longer sells them but I bought a Summit rv 30 large flat glass mirror from Amazon for about £4 
got the spring loaded clamp from B+Q and screwed it to the mirror suction pad.

good value thought be more than that ... but want option of a genny as well but can get em used on ebay ... may have it sooner than I thought then

A genny isn't needed either Ian, just plug it into the customers electricity, I only clean gutters at  weekends and
the odd evening or at times if the customer is in while I'm doing their windows I will ask them do they want their
gutters cleaned while I'm there.
I did plan to get one later on but as of yet I haven't felt the need, you can always get the generator later on if
you need to.
One tip, I was told that a 110v gutter vac was required for commercial work so I now also need to carry a transformer
with me which is a heavy pain in the backside to lift in and out of the van, my vac is a 4.2kw model so I need a
5kw transformer.
Get a 240v vac if your doing domestic work only.
