Thanks for the replies and advice chaps.
Up untill now, practically all of my work has been located near enough to be reached within a 15-20 minutes drive, with the vast majority of it being situated on my doorstep.
For the first time in 33 years I find myself contemplating the somewhat dubious prospect of working a two day a week round 38 miles away. At an early enough time that could equate to just a 50 minute drive, but as much of that journey is along the infamous M25, I would expect to encounter the usual delays.
The round itself is comprised of some very prestigious properties that are very well priced having been worked by the same individual for the last 50 odd years. Many of his customers have been loyal to window cleaning endeavours for decades.
It all sounds so very tempting, but I don't want to bite off more than I can chew and end up regretting the commitment to that kind of "long distance"
Commute.
I'm scheduled for a more thorough tour of the rounds layout within the next few days, but at the moment I remain ambivalent.
Thanks for listening!
