You shouldn't use your pump without the pressure switch unless you use a controllerIf you use a controller, you may need to adjust your cal settingIf just pump then you may need to adjust your pressure setting (tosh had posted a pic of how to do this a week or two agoBy the sounds of it though, you may just have an air lock.Disconnect the pipe from your hose reel and switch your pump on full whack. Try having the pipe lower than your pump while doing this and 10-15 seconds (if not less) later your pump should kick in...
It's dead easy to replace a pressure switch. It'd take someone who knows what they're doing about ten minutes. The first time you do it, about twenty. It really is simple; even a Geordie could do it (I'm a Geordie).
