Thanks as always for the positive words about Cleaner Planner
Alex - thanks for explaining the options for marking jobs as done. The option to mark a job as done directly from the "Planner" was a recent and popular addition. It's great for ticking off lower volume (e.g. commercial) jobs, or perhaps the odd job or two you forgot to put on a worksheet, but personally I think selecting the jobs and clicking "Add to Worksheet" to create a proper worksheet that you can print, download to the mobile app, assign to specific staff etc is the optimal approach for higher volume (i.e. domestic) work, but each to their own and good to have the choice I think!
David - just to recap on the other points you raised:
Also why does the auto select bar keep covering the Bar that starts with Due so you cannot see the tabs underneath, I have to keep going back a page then forward for it to disappear
The "action bar" as I call it, which shows the actions (buttons) you can perform on the selected jobs (e.g. "Change Due", "Bulk Edit", "Add to Worksheet" etc) deliberately hovers over the list when you scroll down (this was another popular user suggestion) so that if you're right at the bottom of the list having selected a bunch of jobs, you don't have to scroll all the way back to the top to "Add to Worksheet" or whatever you need to do. Great little timesaver once you're up and running on the system and you know why it's there and what it does. However, after reading your comment I had a look and realised that yes, if you scroll the list so that the blue header bar ("Due", "Job Ref", "Address" etc) is right at the top of the screen, then the "action bar" will hover prematurely and hide it. I've now fixed this so it only appears once you've scrolled to the point that the blue header bar is hidden anyway. Give it another try and let me know if it's better for you.
Also the slide Bar to scroll down the page is a pain it is very thin and there is no Arrow to Scroll.
The scroll bar is the standard browser one and I don't have any control over this (unless I use a third party one which I'd rather not do as they can be flaky). I'll look into this though. Are you on a PC, Mac or iPad? Do you know what browser you're using e.g. Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer?
Is this the Same programme that Ian and Brad Monks started a couple of years back , as I couldn't get my head around that one as well

I have used George for years, but will not do what I want it to do anymore, it needs more updates, and is also getting very slow and cumbersome
