Clean planner .... Talk to me
« on: December 20, 2014, 09:38:38 am »
Currently have my work on the computer and print of the work sheets at the start of the month. I'm thinking of going on clean planner as everyone seems to have good things to say about it. Is it easier than the method I use and do you run it from your phone when working or can you still print the work sheets of
Thanks ash

yep can do all that you mentioned, simple thing to do is trial it for free for a month and mess around with it, Rob will be able to transfer all your data over to cleaner planner and help get you going plus there is a forum dedicated to cleaner planner.

Is it worth it for one man bands or more aimed at those with loads of customers and multiple staff?

It'll work for any size of window cleaning business and is highly customisable to suit the way you work.

Like anything computer based there is a learning curve. I have not had one single issue that has not been resolved straight away. The forum on there is a complete stroke of genius, if you get stuck, post a question on there and a knowledgeable user will be along to help or Rob himself will sort you out.  I believe you may be able to see it without an account:

Window cleaner pro wasnt shi** just got left behind. I was very reluctant to leaving it to be honest. However things are moving forward very quickly with cleaner planner and im happy with the way its going. Having it on my phone is superb. Im never without my round.

window cleaner pro was great at first , lets remember the alternative was george which while ok, was a bit aged

At the end of the day if you are having no problems with your current method then why change? You can still quite easily run a one man band from a few notebooks , but it all depends how you want to run your business

For me having everything on my laptop and iphone and over the internet syncing both is brilliant and im more organised thanks to cleaner planner than ive ever been , and robs customer service is second to none which is what sold it to me if im honest as i was getting by with wcp but the fact they pretty much do no support now meant that i was more confident putting my data in robs hands

If you can afford the £15 a month i dont think you will make many other improvements to your business at that price that does so much

Hi all, good convo going here without me butting in ;) But just to say if anyone has any specific questions about Cleaner Planner that haven't been answered feel free to email me directly at rob@cleanerplanner.com. Also if you fancy giving CP a try, just a reminder that I can import your data from any software - George, WCP, Aworka, Excel etc - or help you input your jobs from paper. Thanks, Rob.

You don't down load anything.

Also, if you read the small print for any IT based gadget or gizmo it'll put you right off.
