hard not to jump to conclusions when i have had emails from 'admin' telling me i am going to be sued if i mentioned bad things about Dry Fusion again

dont be fooled, this forum is in no way unbiased

Let's see these emails or have you deleted them ::)roll

Sounds like 'admin' did you a favour :D

if dry fusion were going to sue you then you must have been posting  slanderous  comments, but  I'm sure DF gave better things to do than take notice of nameless people saying 'bad things'

I think its because Dry Fusion is one of the sites sponcers! As I too had an email from a moderater advising me to be careful what I wrote about Dry Fusion !  At the end of the day there isn't freedom of speech on any of these forums is there

There is on Truckmounters. We don't have sponsors or advertising as me and Glyn finance it out of our own pockets.
Hell, we even put up with Billy Small Blower ;D

There's a big difference between libellous comments and opinions.

There is no place for unfounded or untruthful comments. There is however, room for comments based on experience or use of a product or service.

I've had posts that were critical of ccn removed from CT recently.

I expressed an (informed) opinion based on experience and was attacked by a pro ccn poster who asked me what right I had to criticise. When I defended myself and explained why, my comments were deleted.

The reason given was that I was an "alternative supplier" (presumably that means alternative Adwords supplier to cnn?). That is not true but in fairness, I think based on a misunderstanding rather than any conspiracy by CT owners. Nick and I are fine about things.

If any forum censors opinions rather than lies, then we are in a very dark place indeed.

The starter motor went on my vw Caddy last week , they are £70 on ebay and take an hour to fit .

I paid a garage £180 to fit one  because I did not want to .   Im with CCN , for the same reason , I clean carpets , I dont want to faff about with adwords.  Others may feel different.

Good answer,

So are you getting a decent return on investment?

I have 4 areas with them, and its really good, emails and phone calls every day, I have got my investment back and also have enough money to one side to pay the monthly management charge and my adwords fees  for the next 4 months.

What's your cost per click On 'your town' carpet cleaners?

How many impressions are you getting and what's your impressions/ click ratio?

Not just being nosey, if you post yours  I will post my figures as a comparison (I will actually post a screen shot so you know I'm not making them up)
