Bosh, if you want to advertise a product, you know what to do.

And sellers who pretend to be customers who rave about a product, usually get found out and don't tend to do very well here.

Anyway, what are you doing nefariously flogging cleaning products on the sly?  I thought you were into The Secret and would be a multi-millionaire by now?  Ask God and ye will receive 'n' all that?
