Quote needed for regular cleaning of windows – Hammersmith Area, London, W14 (out of congestion zone)

I’d be grateful if you could please tell me how much you would charge to do a ground floor flat, that is one large bay window, ground level (basement flat below) and three widows at the rear (one floor up at the back, access through basement flat).
Also how much extra to do the inside windows?

Otherwise, no rush, anytime in the next month would be grand.  It is for a converted children’s learning centre, you see so funding is somewhat limited, but we’d wait happily until you are in the area.  Also would you be able to clean on a regular basis, say every two months?
