I thought I'd introduce myself, first time here and amazed at how many there are here. I'm sure any advice I need I'm sure to find it, which won't be too long since I have one issue at work at the moment.

As you may have guessed I am but a simple cleaner, scrubbing away at those stones, morning, noon and night.

Well I hope you'll all be kind and patient and I'll go and plan my question...perhaps have it up by tomorrow. I shall look around here further to see what I have let myself in for!
