How much should i charge someone for 400 litres of water?

prices vary
i pay £8 for 400ltrs (2p per litre)
a chap on ebay 10miles away charges £20 per 400ltrs (5p per litre)

If its 1 off just be nice guy and give it for free, if regular then ask him to get a sack of resin every 6 months to contribute.
