set off this morning ready for a good day gets to first job the over i went sliped on green algie on some old stone flags .i think ive torn my calf muscle or badly pulled it still got round done accept 5 as it pished it down .off to the chemist for pain killers  see what im like tomorrow

been to docs this morning not as bad as i thought its still sore to walk on properly but much better .ill con the wife so she dose the tea tonight
