Correct 10 out of 10 for observation :D
I will be removing text like 3rd floor as I don't want to do any higher than second. But looking for some constructive criticism.

I would have the cleaning in bigger letters than your business name, and I would try and condense your services into just three bullet points - window cleaning, driveway cleaning, and gutter cleaning.
Your website address along the bottom of the van, and a home, or freephone number too.

Having mine done at the end of this month. Name, what we do, and website/ tel number. Another thing that bothers me, what do the public know about "Reach and Wash"? Why put that on the side of your van mate?

Not having a pop at you, just not my cup of tea. A bit too cluttered.
No still don't understand, I must be thick

Yes reach and wash, fascia and soffit common for my custies not to know what they mean. I want to push the building cleaning without it being cluttered.

I quite like your logo, but i think the burnbrae should be to the full depth of the logo and the lettering should be a thicker more solid looking font.
Cleaning services should go below it but with more of a space between the top of the lettering and the bottom of the burnbrae, it just looks wrong to me.

what pickup are you getting ?
Will it have a truckman top or similar ? asking because I would make the burnbrae lettering and  logo as large as I could on the sides of the truckman top if it does.

i'm a believer of keeping things bold and simple, just state what you do and make sure people can easily see your contact details

L200 solid truckman top. I wasn't happy with some of the decal but it has served its purpose and I've had some positive local comments and business. I'll be taking it to FX signs in Glasgow week after next and I want a simple to the point layout to hand to them.
I appreciate all your comments and anymore are welcome. ;)
