Whirlaway possible problem?
« on: October 08, 2014, 09:02:19 pm »
I tested my pressure washer and Whirlaway to make sure it was delivering the correct amount of water. I turned the Whirlaway upside down to check for leaks and noticed as it was running water was squirting from a hole, not under massive pressure. Does this hole serve a purpose or should there be no water coming from it?
Thanks
Stu

This image shows the hole where the water comes from. Its the only hole in the image, you can see it on the central cection of the Whirlaway. I'm guessing/hoping water should be running from this hole as the unit is running?

water running out of the"tell tale" hole is an indicator that the seals are bypassing and you might like to look to fit a seal kit such as Chris has suggested
