« on: October 08, 2014, 05:53:09 pm »
Can't afford a gardiner pole at the mo, looking at getting a 40ft facelift Phoenix, can get a very good price at a local window cleaning shop (I won't name) will gardiner goose necks fit in the phoenix poles? Or will a phoenix resi neck accommodate a gardiner brush head? I'd like to get the extreme wide gardiner brush as I'll

The slx 39 is 504 inc vat but you get a brush as well for the price. Wouldn't it be better to get that then you can the Gardiners gooseneck if you want to

Gardiner brushes come with either quick loq or German thread, you will need a German thread for
the normal resi necks.
You can order these for your brushes if needed.

I know generally this is Pro Gardiners forum , But since the Phoenix came out i have not seen anyone on here signing its praises .

Having used my SLX since March 2013 it is still going strong and has barely shown any signs of wear with regular maintence it is a top notch pole with an excellent track record for quality inovation and design and actual weights published

anything else would be a waste of money longtrem  i have tried other poles and the Gardiners range is the best , Seems a bit odd that a pole that has been out about 18 months is shrowded in mystery no advertised weights on websites .

By the way I already have a 25ft phoenix, and it is a very good pole, not sure if it can rival the slx2 range but it's very light and the clamps are brilliant, here cheaper than gardiner poles, so at the time that's why I went for one, just need a 40ft pole now for commercial Job I picked up, might go for an slx2 of budget can stretch... Otherwise 40ft phoenix with extreme brush might be my best option money wise...

40ft phoenix would be a good bet, that way you could at least split it to make a 25 for everyday use or at least have spare sections if anything broke-which it does often when you don't really need it
