Was sleeping last night and the missus woke me up saying there was a BANG downstairs!!!!!

I went downstairs and there was a empty spice bottle in the middle of the kitchen floor!!!

Now I have a hand made wooden spice rack on the wall and NOTHING can get to it its away from everthing!! not the cat or mice (we have a few under the floor but thats another story)

So I pick it up and go back to bed but I just had this weird feeling all night.....!!!!!.....

So this morning I go downstairs and this is what I saw...

My 1000L tank is outside that window, I wont sleep tonight....

Yes they are on the outside !!!! 

I have a dog that's mad about foxes and they have not dared come in the garden for years now...  also I have a dog flap so they could just use that but again dog would have gone mad...... 

My thoughts are that it could be the cat as she hates using the dog flap... but she was sleeping in the house at the time and because of our dog other cats in the neighborhood also are terrified of coming in our house....

 Also I have chucked load of thorny bush behind our fence (deliberately) so we don't get anyone getting any ideas and trying to break in.

Fox's don't have five fingers. Someone's been pressing against the window if it wasn't you then I would look for screwdriver marks around the outside. You used to be able to pop them off but you should only be able to do that from inside now. The crims also press there ear up against the glass to hear for movement. Is the dog flap inline with the spice rack, telescopic fishing rods are good for reaching car keys and the like.

Although I don't think there us 5 finger marks there, only three.

I have solved one of the mysteries..!!..!!

It seems my 4 year old boy climbs on my ICB to chat to next door and might have put his little fingers on that window recently....  so no GHOTSTS.... only a scared windy with a vivid imagination...
