The next time some gets hurt out side of work he will get the sack!
Just had shock. One of my employees broke his finger playing cricket at the end of July. Not a bad break easily pinned. He was off work for 11 WEEKS. This was bad enough but just found out I have to pay his sick pay, not the government. What the hell are people pay NI for? The next time some gets hurt out side of work he will get the sack!
You claim it back off the gov!

If your employee has been off work since July how has it taken 11 weeks to realise it is you that has to pay the sick pay? Think it was £82.50 per week I had to pay, so if you are the same it will be £825 you have to pay
That's all changed mate, down to us little guys to pay and be out of pocket, same when we have to start paying into their pension potsDarran
