What kind of excuse is "having a baby"? Dump her before the rot sets it - looking at her she might have another baby and that's another potential clean missed.
One of my custies a few years back was heavily pregnant and I turned up to clean and hubby says "give me two minutes she's in labour we're going to the hospital right now!"
I said "no worry, best of luck, see you next time" - he says "no, still do them but we're in a rush I'll send you a cheque tomorrow" - "no hurry" I say.
He dropped the cash in the next day on the way to the hospital, said mum and baby doing well, see you next month.
Gotta train 'em see?
