Do they last all day and how long do the pump and battery last when using every day week after week?

On  a full charge they will last all day. The pump is rated for 4000 hours of use equivalent to about 3 years of use - Obviously the way it is used and looked after can affect this.

The battery should give at a least a year of use if regularly charged and charged after each days work. However the batteries only have a 3 month warranty as this is the one part that can very easily be abused (not charging until too flat and leaving flat for too long) in a short period of time.

Used frequently they will last a couple of days no problem. All batteries need to be respected so follow instructions and after a year if you need to replace anything the parts, pumps etc are cheap enough.
