best wc software?

What system do you recommend for round management?
I have been using George for five years but now want my employees to update the system as they do each job.
I think this is possible with George but thought if there was a much better system I would seriously consider changing. Is there a better product?

Thanks Frank :)

Hi Tom - I can import your George data in 5 mins so you can take Cleaner Planner for a whirl and see if it suits? Simply email me your latest backup - rob@cleanerplanner.com

With CP you could get each of your employees up and running on the mobile app so they can submit their own worksheets (much less data entry for you) but because it's worksheet based, you (as the operator) still get that crucial opportunity to check through the data they've uploaded, tally up the totals with money the employee has given you etc before submitting all the charges and payments as final. Also they only see the jobs you allocate them, you can even hide prices for commercial work.

More than happy to chat through things with you on the phone or via email - just give me a shout.

Hi Neil,

You need to add the job to a worksheet first. Have you done that? If not, just check/select the job on the planner and click the "Add to Worksheet" button above. A worksheet will then appear where you can mark the job as done or missed and do all sorts of other things like reorder the work, create invoices, print the worksheet or download it to the mobile app. Let me know how you get on and feel free to drop me an email if you'd like me to walk you through things in more detail rob@cleanerplanner.com.

Cheers,

Rob

The samson you would LOVE cleaner planner as its loosely based on WCP - as thats what we loved and we just wanted a program that did all that WCP did and more - deffo take a look at CP free trial, Rob is excellent and CP is FULLY supported, backuped  WCP is not going to have any further devlopments now and that was why we aggressively looked to something else.
Never argue with an idiot, they will only bring you down to their level, and beat you with experience

;) if we were still just one man - we would still pay for CP, it is a fab time saver too - infact the biggest worry we had with window cleaner pro was that - you are completley in WCP hands, if the system just stopped you are reliant on them to get you abck up and running, whereas on CP you can back up all your data (to dropbox) and you can export to excel at any time, so if CP did just disappear there is no reason for your customer records to do so too - for us the monthly fee is worth that for peace of mind ;)

I've not tried any of the others but I find aworker works great for me, I set all my work up on my laptop then while out and about tick them off on my iPhone, only downside for me is you can't add jobs to the mobile version or see further than today or tomorrow.
They say it's been coming soon for a long time now and I am getting to the point where I'd like to see it materialise as I don't want to have to go online and log into full version all time on my phone to see the weeks work when a customer asks if or when I can get over to them!
Only £10 a month too and they pretty much reply to your emails straight away but I think most of the guys do with other software.
