It makes no difference, George tells you when things are due and they stay there until you do them, it then reforcasts them for whatever frequency you have each individual job set for.

The best thing to do is download the free trial.

We use Pocket George (Palm) and it makes life so much easier than using  a book.

www.georgesystems.co.uk will take you there Brett. And for the record............yes i do.........and yes i would recommend to anyone in doubt. There's even Internet backup at £12 a year so should you PC get nicked and your palm smashed in the same day  >:( you'll still have records out there in cyberland. Very helpful with regards to any queries you may have to. Hope this helps.

George is very good, one change I would like to see in the program though is when you have worked a job that is overdue for it to move the next due date according to the system clock, you do need to be a little carefull at the moment with this, I sometimes forget to change the done date and it doesnt help confidence when you turn up thinking that 4 weeks went fast, maybe its just me though I'm not getting any younger  ::) If not I'm sure its on pauls next to do list, but yes well worth the money Stuart

We run 3 x Zire 21's they do the job fine and there is no games to waste peoples time, use the notepad to record anything that happens during the day, ie new work, cancellations, enquiries, etc

One off payment stu. I really don't think memory comes into it either mate. It's £12 a year for internet backup of your work.
