Hi,jimi
I notice you have the new connect lwb it looks very nice.
I am thinking of getting one and just wondered your thoughts on it?
Did you look at any other small lwb van like the combo or caddy maxi?
Did you buy from Ford direct?

Thanks in advance.

brand new 500L upright baffled tank bolted through the van floor.£500 (including fitting).soil pipes from b and q for pole holders.£35.this is my summer set up but ill be installing my hot water system at the end of this month(L5, redashe reel, thermobore plus hose,13kg gas bottle) :)

love it! 8)
Good set up simple and clutter free. Unlike my van which is a total mess just now. If I can work out how to upload a pic from the phone I will just for amusement.

I can't speak for Jimi but I have one to.
L2 trend 240 is its title, long wheelbase, mid spec and biggest psi.

Nice van drives well, 3 year warranty, 500 ltr tank a really good size for single operators.

Downside is it needs chipping, mine is so slow from standing or no power when going around islands in 2nd and want to accelerate, it just lags for seconds and then woof were off.
I think to meet the eec emissions they have been dumbed down.
If you buy one see if you can get a long test drive, I ran mine around the block and should have scanked it for half a day really.
Hope that helps
Tony

The thing about second gear, I have the same van, and I thought it was all in my head...maybe chipping is the answer, apart from the slow getaway, it's the best van I've had...

Mr B
If in doubt.....Leave it out !!
