Di vessel

Hi
I have probably asked this before but is there a filter I can use before my water goes through my di vessel, I cannot use a back wash system as in the RO systems as I need to fill my tubs on a daily basis basically as the water comes from the tap I need it to pass through a filter and through my di vessel to fill a 25 liter tub in about four minutes
Any help would be appreciated

My resin isn't lasting as long as it used to so I just wondered if it was possible to add another filter

Resin is not lasting very long because (1) your tap tds is way to high to be using a Di or you are fast filling your tubs thus depleting your resin way to fast or a combination of the two .
If possible a static tank and an RO is your best option even at a family members house . Mike

25 litre tub in 4 mins is to fast unless you have 25ltr di vessel you need to double di otherwise you will continue to spend a fortune on resin . Mike

Usually we get another 1000litres out of the vessel and yes it is a 25 litre vessel we have slowed down the rate and still getting less, we have tried a double vessel but that did not do much.
