Window cleaning related as use one for the business  

Have you had any issues with battery life ...... phone shutting down by itself even though battery still lots of charge ?
take a photo or watch a youtube clip and it shuts down ?

Major row with carphone warehouse who wont replace my battery though its one of the dodgy batch with serial number starting BA or BD ... want to send it off to be "repaired"

Same happened to me bought new battery about 15 quid sorted. If you take the battery out you ma y find it swollen if you put it on a flat surface if its swollen it will spin so you need a new battery.
Hope that makes sense seems a common promblem

Swollen batteries are a problem with then and very dangerous. Friend got her whole phone swapped

bought a new battery as cant be bothered waiting for them to send it off for "repair" when everyone knows its the battery ... just annoyed with carphone warehouse as they wouldn't just replace the battery for me for free as only 10 months old ......... they couldn't even supply a battery or order one FFS
