I got paid recently for a £10.00 one off job using this method as %MIKE said it was a right pain in the arse to go through the process to register, set up and retrieve the payment. I would never recommend it or encourage it. Cash, cheque or online payment is much easier.

Easy to set-up in my experience! You need the mobile number as it runs mobile to mobile. You don't necessarily need a smartphone now either.
If you have smartphone just download the app and follow in-app instructions, final set-up involves either ATM machine or go in bank for verification. Simples  ;D
I have a few customers on it and works well. Easy to tell who's paid you and then tick off your records. Love it.

I agree, once set up it's great, you can request a payment by simply clicking on the customers monile number and selecting an amount, they then get the message and send the payment instantly to you! Brilliant!

I have a customer who uses it. Can't remember what was involved my end in sorting it out so obviously nothing major.

Seems to work very well.

Sometimes,  when he is in, I get a text to say it's been paid before I've even finished cleaning his windows.
