TBH mate aren't you setting your sights a bit low?
Wouldn't you rather have the contract and YOU be in a position to sub it rather than working for someone else?

Speak to the main commercial window cleaners in you area.
Phone or email the main ones to put your self out there,be prepared to start of with the small stuff.
You may get offered one shop and think it's not worth it but this can lead to other and bigger things.
Most big respectable companies aren't going to sub you all there cream work(hotels, garages, large offices).
