George on your mobile
« on: August 10, 2014, 07:48:17 pm »
Wondered what mobile phone make/models you guys have.

I think i'm due an upgrade?

Like the look of the new Nokia Lumia 930 (think it's called)

As i understand it as phone runs windows then you can run pocket george on your phone is that correct?

Currently have a samsung galaxy s3 i know a bit dated now but camera is great on this model.

That would be good to get a mobile that runs george and has decent camera.

Any suggestions?

thanks everyone.

I have the slightly older nokia windows phone but don't think it will run any type of round software but apart from that it's great and has taken a right beating over the last year or so, normally my phones don't live past 6 months.

I heard its works but it has to be a certain type of windows (on the phone)

I recently got a palm e2 for £20 on ebay and got george working on it and syncing to my laptop.  Saves a lot of time but I still print out my weekly work.

last Palm phone that George worked on was the treo 650 haven't seen any about for quite some time. I had a couple of them over the years they were excellent as a basic phone and pda but nothing in comparison to what is about today.
