Plants

Has any one ever been accused of killing some ones plant after just one clean,

Have really been confused did a first clean on a house that had already been cleaned with a water fed system it was a warm day not really hot just a nice warm day, the climbing plant went over the front door and there was a window above it, cleaned as normal with not too much water going on the plant not as much water as if it was raining of course but cleaned well, we had a phone call a week later saying that the climber plant was dying at the top, the lady said that what ever chemicals we were using we need to check them, I explains that it was pure water with nothing in and even checked our tdsb to be on the safe side, today the lady cancelled because her 30 year climber had died.

CAN THIS HAPPEN in all the years we have been cleaning never known this

Any ideas.

Nope.

Tell her it is impossible for pure water to kill anything.

Rainwater would do the same damage if that was the case.
