How much

Ive been asked to put in a price for a cladding clean of this warehouse/office. Its dimensions are 65m x 65m. Its height is 25'-30'. Three sides are pretty clean, not far off what you can see in the pics but the fourth side is minging - its green algae albeit not too stubborn.

looks like a good job that can be done on a weekend and not cost you days on your round , we do it 0n a sunday 240 with the windows as they would need doing after

I helped clean one of a similar size a year or two ago (it was slightly bigger i think)

The bloke whos job it was charged just over a grand for it (needed a cherry picker for a few bits though which was added into the price)
