Apart from Richy has anybody done some abit of bird in there time ?
I gotta admit I got 18 months for GBH with intent when I was 18, should have been 5 years but judge wa lenient on me. Started out in Beixton where they held me then went on to a young offenders closed in prison to Dover. With Parole got out after 9 months. Wasn't nice lots of cockroaches in the food !!!

The point I'm getting to I did my time and the window cleaning company I worked for at that time new I was a good person and kept my job open for me when I came out. I've done well could of gone down the wrong road. Wasn't selling drugs thou !!!!

Before yous ask I got into a fight at a night club as I turned from the bar a 6ft plus bloke standing right behind me and my drink spilt on him I said sorry he wernt happy abit drink grabbed my throat and started strangling me so I smashed my pint glass on the bar and stabbed him in the face not nice but the geezer was trying to kill me. I'm not proud of it but that's how it was. I'm going back some time I'm 45 now and not stabbed no one since.

Yep I have to arms and to hands clear ? I'm only 5ft 7 this bloke was about 6ft plus where he was drunk he had both hands around my throat. My reactions were to smash the glass on the bar what I was holding in my hand and do him in the face to let go of my throat !!!! You trying to sound like its impossible clear !!!!

I've been fined for things twice and spent several nights/part nights in a police station cell.  If I had been caught for everything I did, I would have been banged up for years though.  Not proud of it.  Not ashamed of it either.  It was what it was.  I sorted myself out.  I left that life behind around the time I got to my late 20s/30.
It's not just about changing what you do.  It's about changing long ingrained attitudes too.  The insides have to change as well as the behaviour - otherwise it's built on sand.

Not been to prison but spent many a night in the cells,

Mostly possession of drugs in my younger years and once
For tipping a mini on its roof with me mates!
Got nicked at the scene  for that one,  rolling round with
Laughter for that long  😂  still makes me chuckle youths day!

And yes before anyone says it, I would think it was funny
If some one did that to my car 🙈

Got 5 years for possession of a firearm with intent, possession of ammo and a separate charge for Abh 15 months, 10 years ago, made a few mistakes but on the right rd now, prison is a mugs game, never again....I hope

Been in jail loads of times, i try my best to roll a double to get out quick but normally have to miss 3 goes before i am free again. Its rough when you have togo directly to jail without passing go.  

I have never been in trouble with the law however if the same happened to me as dannymac id have done the exact same thing.

No TV licence - fined - circa 1988

Car:

Fixed penalty - not wearing seat belt circa 1995

In and out of Aldington Open Prison (Kent) on a weekly basis 1998-2001  (I owned a FiltaFry franchise and had the contract to clean out the deep fryers in the prison kitchen  )

I got sent to the slammer for trying to strangle a bloke in a nightclub. He spilt his drink all over my tank top and then tried to kiss me, so I went to throttle him. I'm ashamed to say he was only 5' 1" (but he tells everyone he's 5' 7").
To be fair to him, he got time, as well, because he broke his sherry glass and jabbed it into my knee.
