A window cleaners job is to clean glass weather its inside, outside, a glass roof etc, by not doing one of these your business isn't offering a full service.
I remember my mate taking a car to the garage and they refused to work on it as it was small and French so difficult access , I thought how unprofessional, a garage can't fix a car.
A business must provide a comprehensive service or its a half ar sed job

Your wrong, as a business owner your can choose to do whatever work that suits you, and as long as the business is
making money then that's all that counts.
The same goes for the garage owner who takes on handier jobs and lets other less successful businesses do the
undesirable work.
Would call a garage that only works on prestige cars unprofessional I wouldn't.

you can pick and choose what work you take on when your well established.i often refuse conny roofs if their flat with hardly any fall on them or anything too awkward.most of my customers dont even ask me anymore for inside window cleaning as i normally make an excuse as i cant be bothered!! ;D ;D

i am professional on work i do clean though which is mostly outside window cleaning and the add ons(f/s/g,conny roofs and solar panels) ;D
price higher/work harder!

I send Wor Lass in to do the insides while I do the exterior.

Works for me.

same

only my wife not yours :)

i ifind if you do them regular the same price as outside is fine if they are easy (ie no ladder needed and easy access sills cleared already ) i have a few i do every time and look forward to them

if theyre awkward or one off i double the outside price

Never found them a problem though

in winter theyre great as you can work after dark

I personally think Connie roofs and faisier cleans are much harder then insides. But I still do those as well. If the price is right I take the good bad and the ugly.

You may have a point but i get far more requests for con, fascia etc and
i make far more on these per job than inside cleaning and i enjoy this
work and dont enjoy inside cleaning.

At present im cleaning one fascia con etc per day and i have cleaned
one inside over the last 28 days which was yesterday and was a ballache
but they paid 3 times what the outside clean was, infact this is the only
inside job i do all year.

So in reality for me personally there is no money in it generally to
spend my time doing a job that i dislike and im defo not going to
become a slave to the job when i am perfectly content making a
living the way i do now. :)
