Glue on floor tiles.
« on: July 02, 2014, 08:27:21 pm »
A customer had asked me to remove dried old glue from their floor tiles. The tiles are ceramic and had been overlaid with a thick Vinyl heavily glued down. they have managed to remove some with Acetone but some remain stubborn. Any idea what I could use prior to cleaning?

Hi Dave, if the tiles have a smooth finish using a 4 inch wide professional window cleaners scraper can save a lot of labour in scraping the old glue from the surface, if there is glue on the grout lines we can offer you a safe glue remover used in combination with a grout cleaning brush this should solve the problem for you, send me an email if you would like more information.

Kind regards
